anybody know how long books are taking when you request a payout say Bookmaker? I know the bitcoin network was slow recently

Bookmaker was same day for me. I requested in the am. I had IT around 6pm

I think you can deposit and withdraw by litecoin.

Nitrogen is the fastest for BTC. Betcoin is the fastest by LTC. Bookmaker takes longer but they take BTC and LTC. LTC is cheaper and faster.
